Managing time in creative collaborations WITH CHRISTINA LUTHY
Time is a precious resource in creative collaborations. Hopes, expectations and uncertainties regarding how time should be invested intensify the experience of time and can lead to tensions and struggles that affect the collaborative process.
In this workshop we explore and reflect:
how different experiences of time emerge and affect the ‘vibe’ of creative collaborations
how creatives can work with and shape experiences of time to foster engagement, flow and productivity and navigate conflicts
What role spatial settings play in managing time
How experiences of time affect professional identity and belonging
As preparation for the workshop try to identify three instances where you have experience or struggled with time particularly intensively in creative collaborations.
After the workshop we could head to Family pub for an After Work session!
NÄR: 27/11 KL: 16.00-18.00.
