Carita Boronska is a singer/songwriter, musician and composer. Her latest album Hypnotic Soul was released in 2018.
In 2019 she’s active on the live scene together with an international band consisting of Patti Ballinas, Gladston Galliza and Jose Vera. 2007 her solo album Jazzuality was released with the Spanish label ”Pescador de Estrellas” / EMI.
As a composer Carita Boronska got her break through with the movie ”La gran Vida” (Living it Up) from 2000 including main actors Salma Hayek and Carmelo Gomez. She then signed a deal with Universal Spain who released her version of ”The Beat Goes On” that also became the Main Theme of the movie. Her latest film music work is for the Swedish-Australian Waltzing Tilda (2017).
Carita Boronska is educated at Berklee College of Music in Boston and has won many prices such as the young composer prize from STIM (Swedish author society), two times best songwriter at Berklee College of Music as well as the jury price at The Park City International Filmmusic Festival (2007).
