*** “Neighbourhood” – Nytt album ute 1/10 - 2018! ***
Sedan debuten 2016 med skivan “The Moon We Watch Is the Same” har denna Svensk/Dansk/Finska folkmusik-kvartett nominerats till flertalet priser och synts på stora som små scener runt om i hela Norden och Europa. Till skillnad från första skivan som bestod till mestadels av egna kompositioner har gruppen med skivan “Neighbourhood” valt att gå tillbaka till sina rötter och tolka den traditionella dansmusiken från sina respektive hemland. Titeln “Neighbourhood” hämtas delvis från känslan att utforska den lokala musik som kommer hemifrån, men även insikten att de nordiska grannländerna delar en tradition som ständigt färdas över gränserna. Skivans tio spår består av totalt sexton traditionella melodier från det Sverige Danmark och Finland, arrangerade av FSQ med hjälp av nyfikenhet, glädje och mycket grannsämja!
